Kate asked: After filing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13, is it most damaging to your credit in ways you cannot purchase a home or car, etc? 2 years? 5 years? For those who have filed bankruptcy, please help me understand better this choice. I am struggling and it is most difficult to do alone with no knowledge or examples.

thype45 asked: I have my eye on a home that is half finished being built. Exterior walls, windows, foundation, elec., heat and roof are installed. Only things needed are interior walls, appliances, fixtures, flooring, landscaping, and pool surfacing. What type of loan would be best suited to purchase and then finish this home? Purchase? Construction? Thanks.

cshiergreeter2003 asked: I am looking into purchasing some home theater components in the next month, and I am curious as to what store(s) have the best selection, service, and price.
Please keep in mind that some stories are subsidiaries of other stores (such as Future Shop is a Subsidiary of Best Buy).
